Shipping Information
Each Gift Box is Shipped with Great Care!
Our products are individually vacuum packed and quick frozen. All meats are shipped in a reusable
insulated cooler, packed with a freezer pack, you can use again and again. The insulated cooler is
then put into a holiday gift box for further insulation and protection. We are very proud of our new
foam packaging and know the recipient of each gift will be delighted with the quality and care given to
each and every gift selection.
All orders are shipped the day after the order is received.
Ordering Instructions
Please specify the date you wish for each order to ship. If no date is given, we will assume you wish
your order to be shipped promptly. For more information about delivery times see
how we ship below.
Write your personal greeting in the space provided. Otherwise we will show the senders name as printed
on the address label of the order blank.
For your convenience, we accept checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard,
American Express or Discover. (Sorry no COD shipments.)
We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if necessary. If we substitute, you
still must be happy or your money back. For phone orders have your order filled out before you call;
item number, your credit card and the names and full addresses of your recipients.
